Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle OTM and GTM Cloud modules
Design, configure, test, and deploy OTM and GTM solutions to support transportation planning, execution, trade compliance, and customs processes
Collaborate with development teams on customizations and integrations
Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for OTM/GTM Cloud issues
Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance within OTM/GTM
Quarterly patch analysis
Strong overall exp. on ServiceNow platform (even if they are not specialized in SPM)
Should work independently in a less documented technical environment.
Modules: SPW – SPM (Strategic Portfolio Workspace), Enterprise Agile Planning, Portfolio Planning, Demand Management, Goals framework,
SN performance analytics, Strong in general ServiceNow development
Some of these modules are BRAND NEW and are under active development from SN, we realize this developer will have to learn the modules
